PTC (Paid to Click / ) is a program offered to you by web site focusing in advertising. They will pay you for clicking and view ads in their web site usually about 5-30 second.
Using this method advertiser hoping that their advertising program will succeed as they know their ads will be seen by their potential customer. Some PTC site offer their advertiser so advertiser can choose who can access their ads. Advertiser can decide their target ; ages, location, etc. and they can monitor how many their ads are clicked.
